SA Company is proud to be the only manufacturer to allow you to create FULLY customized Straw hats in 4 easy steps! For your custom Underbrim, you can choose any solid color or custom design to make your hats stand out!

All underbrims are fully sublimated so options are endless and there is no additional charge for full color designs! Note : We recommend 2000 x 2000 Pixels for all art files to ensure the best results!

Step 0 - Under Brim Design

The SA wide brim provides 360 degrees of coverage which means you can stay protected in the sun with your custom Straw Hat. This is the perfect platform to showcase your brand. From simple logos to full color designs, our team is here to make your vision a reality!

Step 2 - Custom Front Patch

Your Custom Patch is the main feature on your hat and the perfect way to showcase your brand! All premium patches are offered fully embroidered or Sublimated based on your design.

The standard size for all patches is 3" x 3" but custom sizes and shapes are available. Please upload the final asset of your patch. A .png file with a clear background is the best option. A confirmation email will be sent to ensure your order looks PERFECT prior to production!

Step 3 - Custom Brim Trim

In addition to the Sublimated Under Brim you can also customize the Brim Trim color to complement your design! This allows your Straw Hat to be one of a kind with an additional custom element to elevate the look.

Please select a brim color below prior to moving on to the next step! Note: If your color is not shown, please add your request to the order notes! All orders will default to solid Black "Most Popular" if a color is not selected.

Step 4 - Custom Drawcord

To Finish your design, please select your drawcord color, All drawcords feature a spring-loaded lock for tightening on those breeze days so you don’t lose this amazing, branded Straw Hat!

With SA Straw Hats your face will be shaded from the sun as you embark on a full day outdoors. With high-quality straw and an internal head band, this hat will deliver performance, comfort and style.
